What is the 40 Day Laughter Challenge? Laugh for at least 10-15 minutes a day. Laugh for 40 consecutive days to create a new positive habit. Laugh everyday for 10-15- 20 Minutes. Work up to 20 min of laughter each day for the best results and add the breathing and meditations for even greater mind-body health. It is fun and easy to do with these 40 free Laughter Yoga videos.
